What WE DO?

Partnering with Housing Associations, Charities and Ethical Developers.

OUR IX SOCIAL IMPACT PLATFORMS

We plan, design, and build sustainable and affordable homes for social housing, supported living, care homes and retirement living. We seek to incorporate community facilities within these neighbourhoods to curate a sense of place and belonging and create social value. Our platform allows for equity co-investment alongside our Registered Providers and Charities.
We have a private debt lending platform for risk adjusted returns to syndicates of investors seeking to participate in the private debt market and ESG investing. Lending to social housing developments and infrastructure projects and completed income producing investments.
We have a flexible office and co-working operation where we offer affordable rent to qualifying community enterprises. Our workplace seek to provide climate positive environments with a strong sense of community. Our co-working platform is worth leaving home for and is an enabling place for both entrepreneurship and philanthropy to flourish.

Why we do it?

Approximately 1 in 6 adults in England experience a common mental health problem (like anxiety or depression) in any given week and 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts.

We seek to promote spiritual, emotional, social and physical wellness though our social housing and infrastructure projects encouraging community and access to facilities and information.

“Community is vital for human well-being, offering a sense of belonging, support, and purpose, fostering social connections, and reducing stress and isolation in the modern world”

We deliver social infrastructure through partnering with crucial organisations, building places and designing spaces that enable communities to create social connections , where they form and sustain relationships that help them to thrive.

“The construction industry significantly impacts the environment, contributing to air and water pollution, habitat loss, and substantial waste generation, with some studies suggesting it's responsible for up to 50% of climate change”

We can protect the environment through the use of sustainable design and green building practices

Homelessness is a dangerous condition of lacking stable, safe, and functional housing. Worldwide, an estimated 150 million people were homeless in 2024, and as many as 1.6 billion people live as squatters, refugees, or in temporary shelters.
We believe in housing justice and seek to provide affordable, sustainable and safe homes.
