Discounted Market Rent
We have a portfolio of apartments and single-family homes available to key workers and low income individuals and families. Discounted Market Rent (DMR), also known as Intermediate Rent, is a type of affordable housing scheme where apartments are rented at a discount to the market price, typically around 20% below the open market rent.

Supported Living
Supported living provides bespoke designed properties with Care Companies offering personal care and support to enable individuals with difficulties to live independently in their own homes or apartments. Services provided include daily living assistance, budgeting, and access to healthcare.
We collaborate with Care Providers and Registered Housing Associations to offer various housing options, including new developments, shared housing, and individual flats.

Care Homes
Our care homes are considerately designed and offer a communal setting where nursing, and or personal care, and accommodation are provided together. Our properties provide security, privacy and independence, to help people live and age well. We work with leading care home operators.

Later Living
We are creating places that provide an environment for people to live and age well within their communities, in their own homes that are suited to their current needs. Properties are design to be future proof as needs change.
