Rom Valley Gardens will be a smart, green and vibrant mixed use development.

The 7-acre plot had previously received planning permission for 620 homes, but this has been extended to 972, of which 24% will be affordable.

A new clinical diagnostic hub for the NHS will also be developed onsite, which will bolster the services already offered by the nearby Queen’s Hospital.

Development also proposes inter-generational living, commercial space, outdoor exercise trail, play space, green communal areas, gym and a new NHS building for the hospital.

Units will incorporate smart home features, providing a modern, more sustainable lifestyle for its residents.
